Yogi Limited has completed the acquisition of M/s. Yogi Homes Private Limited. The company executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire its entire equity shareholding, specifically 11,800 equity shares, representing 100% of the target company's paid-up share capital. The total purchase consideration for this transaction was approximately Rs. 3 Cr. Consequent to this acquisition, M/s. Yogi Homes Private Limited has officially become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Yogi Limited, streamlining operations and expanding the company's portfolio.
