Ladderup Finance Ltd — Important, 26-09-2025: Company Update

Ladderup Finance Limited's Joint Venture, Water Proof Corporation Private Limited, has completed the sale of its entire stake in Shree Vinayak Organics (India) Private Limited (SVO). SVO, previously a wholly-owned subsidiary of the JV, will no longer be part of its holdings. For the last financial year, SVO reported revenue and total income of 5.54 Cr and a net worth of 1.85 Cr. The sale was executed for an aggregate consideration of 5.50 Cr. One of the purchasers belongs to Ladderup Finance's Promoter Group, while the transaction itself was conducted by the Joint Venture on an arm's length basis. This move streamlines the JV's portfolio.
