His re-appointment is effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. This decision, initially approved by the Board, ensures leadership continuity at the helm of the company. Mr. Koradiya brings over 10 years of experience in business administration and holds an MBA in Finance. He is not related to any other director or Key Managerial Personnel and is not debarred from holding his office by any authority.
