S & T Corporation Limited issued a correction to the proceedings of its Annual General Meeting. An error was found in the initially reported number of members present. The updated proceedings confirm 63 members attended the meeting. During the AGM, shareholders considered and voted on key business items, including the adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, the re-appointment of Mr. Dhaval Savai as a director, and the appointment of M/s.
