    NCLT sanctioned Tata Motors' demerger scheme. The board resolved for it to become effective soon. Shareholders get 1 share of the new Commercial Vehicle entity for every 1 existing share, creating two focused listed companies. ₹2,300 Cr NCDs will transfer to the CV entity.
