Additionally, Mr. Mangesh Vitthal Bhosale was appointed Whole-Time Director for five years, bringing extensive leadership experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification sector to bolster operational excellence and strategy. Mr. Ajay Agarwal was also appointed Independent Director for five years, strengthening board independence, transparency, and regulatory alignment with his public policy and financial oversight expertise.
