Moongipa Capital Finance Ltd — Important, 26-09-2025: Company Update

Moongipa Capital Finance's members approved key resolutions at their recent AGM. The company increased its Authorized Share Capital from ₹15.50 Cr to ₹30 Cr, creating 1.45 crore new equity shares of ₹10 each. This move provides flexibility for future capital raises. Additionally, Dr. Pooja Jain was re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for another five-year term, starting October 14, 2025, continuing her strategic leadership. M/S Kuldeep Dahiya & Associates were also appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26, strengthening governance and compliance.
