Delton Cables held its 60th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved significant leadership changes. Mr. Vijendra Kumar Gupta was re-appointed as Chairman & Whole-Time Director and Mr. Vivek Gupta as Managing Director & CEO, both for a five-year term. Mr. Atul Aggarwal was re-appointed as an Independent Director for five years. Additionally, Mr. Ankit Arora was appointed as Director and Whole-Time Director for a five-year term. Ms. Malavika Bansal was also appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five years.
