Star Housing Finance Ltd — Important, 26-09-2025: Company Update

Star Housing Finance's members have approved a significant increase in the company's authorized share capital. It has been raised from Rs. 50 Cr, divided into 10 Cr equity shares of Rs. 5 each, to Rs. 125 Cr, divided into 25 Cr equity shares of Rs. 5 each. This creates an additional 15 Cr equity shares of Rs. 5 each, allowing the company more flexibility for future capital raises. This strategic move is accompanied by a consequential alteration to the Memorandum of Association.
