Chambal Breweries and Distilleries shareholders at their 40th Annual General Meeting re-approved Mr. Parasram Jhamnani as Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Anmol Jindal as an Independent Director for new terms. Additionally, M/s. Bharat Rathore & Associates, Company Secretaries, were appointed as the Secretarial Auditors for the next five financial years, from F.Y. 2025-26 to F.Y. 2029-30. These approvals ensure continuity in leadership and strengthen compliance oversight for the company.
