SUB: INTIMATION OF CLOSURE OF TRADING WINDOW

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read

with BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and in

accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading

window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its Directors, Key Managerial

Personnel , Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed with effect

from 1st October, 2025 and the same would remain closed till 48 hours after the

declaration of the un- audited Financial Results of the Company for the Half-Year ended 30th

September, 2025.

The Trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of above information to the

stock exchange.

Kindly note that PAN of Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons will be freezed by

depositories i.e. prohibited for dealing in the shares of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2025

till completion of Closure of Trading Window Period, in pursuance of the SEBI Circular No.

SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023.
