Fineotex Chemical Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 27-09-2025: Record Date

FCL's Board has announced an interim dividend of Rs. 0.80/share (approx. Rs. 9.17 Cr). To be eligible for this payout, hold shares by the October 3, 2025 record date; payment is by October 25, 2025. Pending shareholder approval at the October 25, 2025 EGM, the company also plans a 1:2 stock split and a 4:1 bonus share issue. Record dates for these share structure changes, aimed at boosting liquidity, will be announced later.
