Solarium Green Energy Ltd — Important, 27-09-2025: Company Update

Solarium Green Energy Limited has secured multiple Notification of Awards (NOAs) for Rooftop Solar PV Projects, totaling approximately ₹ 18.78 Cr. These significant projects, aggregating 5,996 kW, will be executed across various GAIL sites in multiple states. The largest award, for 5,546 kW at GAIL-Raigad, Maharashtra, was granted by NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited (NVVN). The contracts include supply, installation services, and a 5-year operation and maintenance component. This order is poised to significantly broaden the company's customer base and enhance its future profitability.
