Ravindra Energy's Board approved an upward revision in Whole-time Director Dr. Vidya Murkumbi's remuneration. Her annual pay limit was previously increased by shareholders to Rs 3 Cr. The Board's approval adds rent-free accommodation to her current Rs 1.01 Cr salary, staying within the new limit.
