Fluidomat Limited's members have approved the re-appointment of Shri Kunal Jain as the Whole-Time Director, designated as Executive Director, for a further period of three years. This re-appointment will be effective from May 1, 2026, following the input of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Board. Shri Jain brings 23 years of experience in commercial and industrial management and is the son of the Chairman & Managing Director and brother of the Deputy Managing Director. This decision ensures continuity in key leadership, leveraging his experience for the company's operational and strategic direction.
