Sharat Industries shareholders approved key proposals at the 35th Annual General Meeting. Mr. Harihar Venkata Muthyam was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. The company also re-appointed Mr. Prasad Reddy Sabbella as Managing Director and Mr. Sharat Reddy Sabbella as Whole-Time Director, each for a five-year period starting April 1, 2026. Significantly, the Authorized Share Capital increased from ₹50 Cr to ₹60 Cr, enhancing future capital flexibility. M/s. BP & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and material related party transactions were approved.
