Sharat Industries Limited shareholders approved key resolutions at the 35th AGM. They re-appointed Mr. Harihar Venkata Muthyam as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. Mr. Prasad Reddy Sabbella was re-appointed Managing Director and Mr. Sharat Reddy Sabbella as Whole-Time Director, both for five years starting April 1, 2026. Significantly, the company's authorized share capital was increased from ₹50 Crore to ₹60 Crore, enhancing future financial flexibility. Material related party transactions with Katyayini Aqatech Private Limited and M/s. S P Enterprises also received approval.
