Mr. Harihar Venkata Muthyam was re-appointed as an Independent Director for five years, ensuring board continuity. Mr. Prasad Reddy Sabbella, the company's founder and a sea food sector pioneer, was re-appointed as Managing Director, and his son, Mr. Sharat Reddy Sabbella, as Whole-Time Director, both for five-year terms. The company's authorized share capital was increased from 50 Cr to 60 Cr, providing financial flexibility. Additionally, M/s.
