Nazara Technologies allotted 18.52 Cr bonus equity shares (1:1 ratio) to all eligible shareholders. This doubles the paid-up share capital from Rs 37.05 Cr to Rs 74.09 Cr, increasing outstanding shares but involving no fresh funds.
