Mohit Paper Mills announced that all seven resolutions at its 33rd Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders with overwhelming support. Key approvals include adopting the FY25 financial statements, re-appointing Mrs. Shubhi Jain as a director, and re-appointing Mr. Sandeep Jain as Chairman & MD and Mr. Pradeep Rajput Kumar as Whole Time Director. Shareholders also approved Mr. Mohit Jain's appointment to an office of profit, ratified the Cost Auditor's remuneration, and appointed M/s Ankit J & Associates as Secretarial Auditors.
