Titan Company Limited — Credit Ratings, 29-09-2025: Credit Rating

ICRA Limited has withdrawn the credit rating for Titan Company's Rs 2,500 Cr Commercial Paper (CP) as these instruments are now fully redeemed with no outstanding amount. Importantly, ICRA reaffirmed Titan's other ratings: Fixed Deposit Programme, Term Loans, and Fund-based facilities, all maintaining a strong [ICRA]AAA (Stable) and [ICRA]A1+ outlook.
