AMIable Logistics' AGM members approved all four resolutions. These include adopting FY25 audited financial statements, re-appointing Mr. Lalit Mange, appointing Mr. Vrutant Ashwin Shah as Executive Director, and appointing a Secretarial Auditor for 2025-30. All resolutions passed with 100% votes in favour.
