    TeamLease's subsidiary TDPL invested Rs. 5 Cr in Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) in step-down subsidiary TLD Singapore. This funds working capital for TLD Singapore, a growing HR and HR Tech services firm with revenues rising from 10.56 Cr (FY22) to 23.36 Cr (FY24).
