BEML Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 29-09-2025: Record Date

BEML has fixed November 03, 2025, as the Record Date for its equity share sub-division. Each existing equity share with a face value of Rs. 10 will be split into two equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 5. This means shareholders will receive two shares for every one share they hold, effectively increasing the number of shares and reducing the per-share face value.
