Kajaria Ceramics Limited — Others, 29-09-2025: Appointment

Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors ( Board ) of Kajaria Ceramics Limited ( the Company ) at their meeting held today, commenced at 11.35 a.m. and concluded at 12:05 p.m., have considered and approved, inter-alia, Appointment of Mr. Rishi Kajaria as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2030. The said appointment of Mr. Rishi Kajaria will be subject to approval of the members of the Company. Details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are given in Annexure-C.
