Subject: Intimation of Appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the Superior Industrial Enterprises
Limited (Company).
With reference to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the shareholders at the Annual
General Meeting held on Sunday, 28th September, 2025, have approved the appointment of M/s RSH and
Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
This appointment has been made pursuant to the provisions of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013
read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014
and other applicable provisions, if any.
Details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and
SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, as amended, are provided
in Annexure I to this letter.
