Pursuant to Regulation 30 and any other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 29% September, 2025 have inter alia approved the following:

A) Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vinod P. Mehta (DIN: 00094718),) as a Director liable to retire by rotation.

B) Approved the appointment of M/s. B B Gusani & Associates, Practicing Chartered Accountant, as the

Statutory Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive financial years commencing from

the conclusion of 32nd AGM till the conclusion of the 37t AGM of the Company

C) Approved the appointment of Mr. Kishan Kanjaria (DIN: 11255979) as a Non - Executive Independent Director

of the Company for a term of five consecutive commencing from August 29, 2025 to August 28, 2030,

D) Appointmentof CS Ankita Shah, Partner at Vast and Co., Company Secretaries LLP,a firm of Practising Company

Secretaries, holding Certificate of Practice No. 16359 and Membership No. 43289, as the Secretarial Auditor of

the Company for a term of one (1) year, for the financial year 2025-2026
