it is hereby informed that for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for
the half year ended September 30, 2025, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the
Company shall remain closed for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons (Including their
immediate relatives) and Insiders with effect from October 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the date
of declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on September 30,
2025.
The date of the Board Meeting on which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in
due course of time.
