Bodhi Tree Multimedia's promoter, Mautik Ajit Tolia, has significantly reduced his pledged shareholding in two separate transactions.

On July 25, 2025, 0.968 Cr shares, representing 5.36% of the total share capital, were unpledged. This action reduced the promoter's total pledged holding from 4.40 Cr shares (24.38%) to 3.43 Cr shares (19.02%).
