Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited — Pledging, 29-09-2025: Pledge/Unpledge

Bodhi Tree Multimedia's promoter, Mautik Ajit Tolia, has significantly reduced his pledged shareholding in two separate releases during July and August. A total of 1.936 crore shares were released from a pledge with Parijata Trading Pvt Ltd.

These shares were originally pledged to infuse a loan into the company for working capital and expansion. Prior to these actions, 4.40 crore shares (24.38% of total share capital) were pledged. Following the releases, the promoter's pledged holding now stands at 2.46 crore shares, or 13.66% of the company's total share capital. This reduction in pledged shares is generally seen as a positive development for investors.
