Bazel International Ltd — Important, 30-09-2025: Company Update

Bazel International shareholders have approved several key resolutions at the AGM. This includes the appointment of M/S Meenu G. & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and the re-appointment of Mr. Prithvi Raj Bhatt and appointment of Mr. Chetan Kumar Joshi as Independent Directors, each for five-year terms. Importantly, shareholders also cleared the issuance of up to 10.69 lakh equity shares at Rs. 66.95 each, amounting to approximately Rs. 7.16 crore, through a preferential allotment. This issuance is for converting outstanding unsecured loans and involves two investors, strengthening the company's capital structure.
