Shareholders of Bazel International have approved significant resolutions at their annual general meeting. These include the appointment of M/S Meenu G. & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Additionally, Mr. Prithvi Raj Bhatt was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, and Mr. Chetan Kumar Joshi was appointed as an Independent Director for his first five-year term. Shareholders also endorsed the issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis, valued at approximately 7.16 Cr, to convert outstanding unsecured loans.
