HRU & Associates, experienced in secretarial and legal compliances, has been re-appointed as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Bharat Karsandas Thakkar, who brings over a decade of business experience, has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, also for a five-year term.
