Integrated Capital Services Ltd — Important, 30-09-2025: Company Update

Integrated Capital Services deferred plans to register as an Insolvency Professional Entity due to delays in securing necessary approvals for practice leads. For the past financial year, the company saw consolidated total income rise to Rs. 0.74 Cr from Rs. 0.61 Cr. However, overall financial performance shifted from a consolidated profit of Rs. 0.4553 Cr to a loss of Rs. 0.1484 Cr after tax. Standalone results also reflected a shift from profit to loss. Director Ms. Kalpana Shukla's reappointment is proposed, and Independent Director Mr. Khushvinder Singhal is proposed for a second term. Mrs. Vartika Jain was appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
