G R Infraprojects Limited — JV/Acquisition, 30-09-2025: Acquisition

GRINFRA has fully acquired Rajgarh Neemuch Power Transmission Limited (RNPTL) for 18.88 Cr. This strategic move allows GRINFRA to undertake a significant project to evacuate power from large Renewable Energy (RE) projects in Rajgarh (1500 MW) and Neemuch (1000 MW) SEZs in Madhya Pradesh. RNPTL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary, solidifying GRINFRA's presence in the power transmission sector and expanding its role in India's growing renewable energy infrastructure. This acquisition enhances GRINFRA's project execution pipeline in a critical growth area.
