IIRM Holdings India Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, India Insure Risk Management and Insurance Broking Services Private Limited, has converted an existing unsecured loan into equity shares. India Insure's Board approved allotting 1,06,104 fully paid-up equity shares to IIRM Holdings at Rs. 1,125 each. This move converts an outstanding loan of Rs. 11.94 Cr into equity, strengthening India Insure's balance sheet by replacing debt with capital. This internal restructuring streamlines the subsidiary's financial position and reflects a strategic capitalization within the group.
