Apis India's shareholders have approved key updates to the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA) and adopted a new set of Articles of Association (AOA). The MOA has been updated to align with the Companies Act, 2013, significantly broadening its main object clause. This expanded scope now explicitly covers manufacturing, processing, and distributing a wider range of food products, including honey, dates, spices, and other agro-based items, alongside related infrastructure and e-commerce ventures. The new AOA further aligns internal governance with the Companies Act, 2013.
