Panjon Limited's 42nd Annual General Meeting was held, with 31 members attending out of 10,760 shareholders. Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for FY2024-25. Key resolutions approved included the re-appointment of Mrs. Anju Kothari as a Director and the appointment of M/s. Goyal Parul & Co. as Statutory Auditors. Further, Mr. Jay Kothari was re-appointed as Managing Director for three years, and Mrs. Anju Kothari as Executive Director for three years. M/s. Parul Dwivedi & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five financial years. Voting results will be disclosed separately. This ensures continuity in governance and financial oversight.
