Saraswati Commercial India Ltd — Important, 30-09-2025: Company Update

Saraswati Commercial has completed the acquisition of 7,00,000 convertible warrants in Tilaknagar Industries Limited's preferential issue. As a financial investor, the company has paid Rs. 6.685 Cr, 25% of the total Rs. 26.74 Cr investment. The balance 75% is due upon warrant conversion into equity shares, which will represent 0.28% of Tilaknagar's diluted share capital. This move strengthens Saraswati Commercial's investment portfolio, targeting Tilaknagar Industries, a significant player in the breweries and distilleries sector with a substantial turnover of Rs. 3,174.61 Cr.
