Hawa Engineers Limited held its 32nd Annual General Meeting via video conference where shareholders considered approving the Audited Financial Statements for FY2025. The meeting addressed key re-appointments, including Mr. Aslam Kagdi as Managing Director, Mr. Asad Kagdi as Joint Managing Director, and Mr. Mohammed Khan Pathan as Whole Time Director, each for a three-year term. Mr. Aslam Kagdi and Mr. Asad Kagdi are brothers and hold 183,581 and 207,239 shares respectively, while Mr. Pathan holds 24,900 shares. The appointment of M/s. Yusuf C. Mansuri & Co. as Statutory Auditor and M/s. Chirag Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditor was also considered. Voting results will be announced separately.
