Rainbow Foundations Ltd — Important, 30-09-2025: Company Update

Rainbow Foundations has appointed two new directors to its board. Mr. Raghunathdogra Satishkumardogra joins as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, bringing extensive experience from 31 years in the Indian Police Service, including leadership roles up to Director General of Police. Separately, Mr. Ashish Jain has been appointed as an Executive Director, contributing his expertise in Real Estate & Property Development. He is the son of Mr. Gajraj Jain, Joint Managing Director. These appointments strengthen the company's board with diverse leadership and industry-specific knowledge, following proposals by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by shareholders.
