Rainbow Foundations Ltd. members, at their 31st Annual General Meeting, adopted the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Gajraj Jain as a Director, and the appointment of Mr. Ashish Jain as an Executive Director. Additionally, the regularization of Mr. Raghunathdogra Satishkumardogra as an Independent Director was approved.
