The company's Annual General Meeting approved key governance decisions. M/s. G. P. Kapadia & Co. was appointed as Statutory Auditors, initially to fill a casual vacancy and then for a new five-year term. Four Non-Executive Independent Directors—Mr. Shailesh Surendra Kamdar, Mr. Dharmendra Dhirajlal Vora, Mr. Vivek Umesh Shah, and Mr. Satish Ratilal Shah (including continuation post-75 years)—were re-appointed for second five-year terms. M/s. Sanjeev Shah & Associates was also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. These approvals strengthen the company's financial oversight and board independence.
