Hindustan Agrigenetics announced the successful completion of an Open Offer by Rajendra Naniwadekar. He acquired 44,000 equity shares, taking control of the company and will now be classified as a Promoter. In a significant shake-up, Pritam Kapur, the selling promoter, along with several other Promoter Group members, will be re-classified into the public category.
