Kush Industries shareholders, at their 33rd Annual General Meeting, have appointed M/s. P S S P & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, following the completion of the previous auditors' tenure. Concurrently, M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five financial years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. This ensures continued independent oversight of the company’s financial reporting and compliance, reinforcing good corporate governance for all stakeholders.
