Additionally, four Non-Executive Independent Directors – Mr. Shailesh Surendra Kamdar, Mr. Dharmendra Dhirajlal Vora, Mr. Satish Ratilal Shah, and Mr. Vivek Umesh Shah – were re-appointed for their second five-year term, with Mr. Satish Ratilal Shah continuing beyond 75 years of age.
