Patel was re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for a three-year term, commencing August 2026, ensuring continuity in strategic leadership. Mrs. Dipali S. Patel and Mr. Ronak A. Mehta were both re-appointed as Independent Directors for second five-year terms, bolstering the board's independent oversight. Additionally, M/s.
