We wish to inform you that the members of the Company have, at the 39th Annual General Meeting, approved the appointment of M/s Chandrasekaran Associates, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till the financial year 2029-30. Details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are given in Annexure-C.
