Esprit Stones sold its 51% stake in subsidiary Addwaya Chemicals for Rs 1.21 Cr. Addwaya, contributing 26.19% to consolidated turnover (Rs 84.83 Cr) and 1.48% to net worth (Rs 1.97 Cr), is no longer a subsidiary. The transaction involved a promoter group entity.
