Alchemist Corporation Limited held its 32nd Annual General Meeting virtually, where shareholders addressed several important items. Key resolutions included the adoption of audited financial statements for the financial year, re-appointment of M/s Krishan Rakesh & Co as Statutory Auditors, and the appointment of Mr. Surojit Bose and Ms. Manju Laur as Independent Directors.
